585 Waterloo Street Condominiums

The Waterloo Street Condominium project has been designed to fill an empty lot in the heart of the Woodfield Heritage neighbourhood in London. The mid-scale building includes 35 residential units – a modern mix of townhouse and apartment configurations.

The project hugs the building lines to the east and north, while pulling away from the south where landscaping and green space help define the site. With a wide pedestrian walkway in front, the design provides improved barrier-free access. The red-brick façade and street-level residences help keep eyes on the street. Its design is intended to compliment the character of the surrounding building types in the neighbourhood.

NSA is pleased to announce our newest associate, Hillary Little.

Hillary joined the firm in January 2018 as an intern architect. Hillary is known around the office for her quiet demeanor and stealthy sense of humour. She has a fierce eagerness to learn all aspects of the architecture industry, making her a well-respected member of our team.

During her time at NSA, Hillary has played an instrumental role in several of the firm’s projects including the addition and renovation of the Childcare Centre located at the Jerry McCaw Family Centre YMCA in Sarnia, where she was involved from the design phase through to construction. She has particularly enjoyed working on construction documents for some of our many projects with the Thames Valley District School Board.

Hillary’s energy and excitement towards her projects make her a joy to work with, and are just a few of the reasons we are thrilled to welcome her as our firm’s newest associate.
