Working with Homes Unlimited, our firm designed an apartment building to fit into the Manor Park neighbourhood. This two-storey, 28-unit project is designed to reflect the scale and style of other single-family homes that are common in the area.

This project received City of London’s 2015 Urban Design Award For Excellence in Urban Design and the London St. Thomas Association of Realtors' 2015 Don Smith Commercial Building Award For Excellence in the “Multi Family” Category.
