Since 1993, the RBC Place London (formerly the London Convention Centre) has been a cultural hub and a premier meeting place for a variety of conventions, conferences, and tradeshows. The Centre has catered to regional and national events, requiring its renovation to accommodate vast functions throughout the year.
This renovation project included refreshing reception services and creating a flexible central space composed of moveable partitions surrounded by new and renovated salons that offered various configurations of pre-function and meeting spaces. The back of house was also reconfigured to expand the level of customer service. Renovations include staging and additional storage space, enabling staff to have more flexibility in catering to guests while maintaining their renowned high-quality service.
