Nellis Towers

Developed with Woodstock Non-Profit Housing Corporation, Nellis Towers is a 98-unit mixed affordability apartment building located in Woodstock, Ontario. Sited at the end of the cul-de-sac on previously surplus Oxford County lands, the four-storey building was designed to accommodate seniors aging in place. The building has generous communal spaces including a common amenity room, and library/meeting room on the ground floor, as well as lounges on every floor. Facing the wooded area to the east, the ground floor opens onto a outdoor patio that incorporates generous landscaping, shade pergolas and seating to create inviting spaces for building occupants.
