The building has generous communal spaces including a common amenity room, and library/meeting room on the ground floor, as well as lounges on every floor. Facing the wooded area to the east, the ground floor opens onto a outdoor patio that incorporates generous landscaping, shade pergolas and seating to create inviting spaces for building occupants.
