Whetter Avenue is a 54-unit affordable housing project occupying a formerly undeveloped site in South London. Completed with Homes Unlimited and in partnership with the City of London, the four-storey building employed the use of prefabricated wood framing. The building is designed around a central courtyard which also serves as the main entrance to the building. A common room is located adjacent to the courtyard, allowing for multi-functional space and community engagement.
