Projects + Residential + Caradoc Place

Caradoc Place

Caradoc Place is a three-storey, 37-unit affordable housing development in Mount Brydges, developed in partnership with Caradoc Housing Corporation. Designed with a focus on sustainability, accessibility, and neighbourhood integration, the project provides a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units within a modest residential-scale form.

The building is articulated as townhouse-like volumes, with varied brick tones and gable roofs, reflecting the surrounding low-density residential context. Over 20% of units are fully accessible, and shared amenity spaces support community life, while solar panels and a high-performance building envelope contribute to long-term efficiency.

This project was recognized with an LSTAR Don Smith Commercial Building Award for Multi-Family Community (2025).
