Vida Gardens

Vida Gardens is a 7-storey, 65-unit residential building that includes both affordable and market-rate units. Developed with PAM Gardens Non-Profit Housing, the project is sited on an infill lot in the Southcrest neighbourhood of London. The building confidently projects from its site actively framing the public realm along the sidewalk.

The building is separated into two distinct masses, separated by a glazed void which reveals the main entrance and active common space at the south-east corner. Prominent playful coloured signage above the main entrance is visible as you approach the building from Viscount Road.

Nicholson Sheffield Architects is pleased to announce Becky Kernohan as the firm’s newest Associate.

Since joining NSA in 2013, Becky has become an integral member of the team, contributing to projects through all phases of delivery with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and an eagerness to continue learning.
