Projects + Residential + Tecumseh Place

Tecumseh Place

Tecumseh Place is a 22-unit apartment building located on the site of the former Manor Park Elementary School. Working with Homes Unlimited, our firm designed a two-storey, wood-framed infill building designed to integrate seamlessly into the neighbourhood. The building reconsiders typical domestic architecture presenting itself as a colourful row of houses.

This project was recognized with the City of London Urban Design Award (2015) and the LSTAR Don Smith Commercial Building Awards for Multi-Family (2015).

Nicholson Sheffield Architects is pleased to announce Becky Kernohan as the firm’s newest Associate.

Since joining NSA in 2013, Becky has become an integral member of the team, contributing to projects through all phases of delivery with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and an eagerness to continue learning. She also plays a key role in many of the firm’s healthcare renovation projects.

Known for both her professionalism and warm, approachable nature, Becky continues to make a lasting impact on both the firm and our clients. We are excited to celebrate this milestone and look forward to all she will continue to accomplish as an Associate.

Congratulations, Becky!
