Located in the Argyle neighbourhood, Zerin Place on Clarke Road is a four-storey 65-unit residential building that includes both affordable and market-rate units. Designed as a space of inclusivity, 30% of units are fully barrier-free.
Zerin Place frames the public realm with wings along Clarke Road and Eastwood Street. The main entrance features a recessed porch-like soffit inviting residents and visitors into the space. The design emphasizes community internally with spacious and naturally lit communal spaces. The courtyard, adjacent to the generous common room, includes a covered arcade, integrated seating, generous landscaping and wide, accessible pathways to invite visitors.
This project was recognized with the City of London Urban Design Award (2023) and LSTAR Don Smith Commercial Building Award for Multi-Family Low Rise (2023).
