785 Southwood Way is the second affordable housing project our firm has completed with Woodstock Non-Profit Housing Corporation. This 5-storey, 52 unit building includes a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, with over 20% of the units being fully accessible. The project has a special focus on housing seniors and young families. The project incorporates a playful colour palette as well as generous landscaping and amenity space. Key features include an outdoor playground and a large indoor multi-purpose gathering space overlooking an outdoor terrace with views to the hilled landscape to the south.
